cant connect any phone with master,,,?

hi,i buy new box and install properly with given instructions and setup,now it detect no phone or connect nothing, i try mtk,spd chip with brand new working phones but nothing,
tell me how to connect a phone with mastertools and usbcom used for spd only or we can use com also for spd and which is fast detection for spd or mtk for detection with mastertool,



welcom any help which given clear answer and understandable for me,,,

For mtk,inf,anyka,philips,skyworks use old database update

masterBox_1.02.exe

For spd use new update
