24c32 readed, but always all "000000000000"

Hi, good evening.
Have to decode one of this: JVC KD LX111R.
Eeprom "24c32" located.
Open soft, choose model, put clip I2C, over eeprom, read it.
File OK created, want to see the content of it, open with hex editor and..............its only all "000000000000000000000000000".

have tried several times and always same result.
Any idea why???? eeprom can be readed on board??? or has to lift it ?????

Thanks if any one can help me.
regards.

WHERE ARE PRODUCT SUPPORTERS ?????????????
POSTING HERE AND NONE ANSWER.
POSTING IN MARTECH SUPPORT FORUM AND ANSWER, BUT TO SAY........... NOT GIVING A SOLUTION OR TRYING TO HELP TO SOLVE THE " ISSUE".
TO SAY MY DUMP IS BAD, I ALREADY KNOW, AS NOTHING IS IN IT.
TO ANSWER IF EEPROM CAN BE READED ON BOARD............NO
TO ANSWER IF EEPROM HAS TO BE LIFTED.................NO
TO ANSWER IF I CAN DUMP ANY OTHER "CORRECT" DUMP..........NO
TO ANSWER WHY SOFT DOESN NOT READ CODE FROM ANOTHER DUMP........NO
TO MANY DEVICES SUPPORTED BUT.........VERY POOR INFO AND INTEREST ON HELPING HOW TO MANAGE YOUR TOOL "ISSUES".

I have a dump of one device.
I open it with martech hex editor and seems to be a full dump, I supposed its correct and so has it been given.
But when i choose file to read code, martech says code in file:_____ "empty, nothing.

This is answer from one other forum:

"Your original dump was not corrupt this radios code is alphanumeric containing a..z & A..Z as code characters. Your code for this radio was 'Neow'.

CODE ENTRY : When powering up, the display will show ****
If the code is in alpha format, please refer to the note
below, otherwise rotate the volume control until the first
code digit is displayed. Now press the ^ rocker key to
advance to the next digit and repeat until all four digits
have been entered. Finally, pressing the SEL key will
switch the set on.
NOTE: If the code is in alpha format, press the DISP key
once while **** is being displayed for upper case
characters. Press DISP once more to switch to lower case.
Enter the code as described in CODE ENTRY above. "

THATS WHAT SUPPORT SHOULD SAY, ADVICE, OR EVEN IT HAD TO BE IN SOFTWARE !!!!!!
WHAT FOR WE WANT TO READ CODES FROM 1000 DEVICES IF THEN NONE TELL WHAT TO DO WITH THEM AND HOW TO ENTER THEM TO THE MACHINE !!!!!
ON OTHER HAND ITS ALWAYS EXPECTED TO GET A 4 OR 5 DIGITS " NUMBER CODE". BUT NOT ALWAYS IS LIKE THAT, AND AGAIN NONE TELL, ADVISE ABOUT THAT, NOT EVEN SOFTWARE.

aND FINALLY THAT WAS THE REASON WHY MARTECH WAS NOT DISPLAYING THE CODE, JUST CODE:______"BLANK- EMPTY".

PLEASE TELL US WHICH SOLUTIONS YOU HAVE TESTED AND WHICH NOT !!!!!
AND NOT LEAVING IT LIKE THAT, AND MAKING US MAD LOOKING WHERE THE HELL THE PROBLEM IS, WASTING TIME AND TIME.
NOT TO MENTION THAT SOLUTION HELP COMES FROM OTHER PEOPLE/FORUM.

Regards

Instead of bombing various forums with one issue, better answer on questions which Moderator has put to you on our forum.
martech.pl :: View topic - 24c32 readed, but always all "000000000000" You asked and got reply that code might from letters and digits. About missing code displaying it will be fixed in update.

@ Tech mobil.
I dont want to argue about this matter much but you really think:

- Posting on official forum friday 00.24, not reply with sense till yesterday 20.14 by another user "slakul1804 ", nothing heared from moderators or product supporters apart from " bad dump" obvious if it was all 0000000000, and code is " Noew", I asked what that meant and................NO ANSWER just from "slakul1804 ".

-Posting here " second official forum" could we named it like that????? posted on 22nd at 22.12, and TODAY 24th 12.21 is your firs reply and just to say IM BOMBING ?????.

- Posting on one other forum yesterday 23rd 10.40, as in my product forums (2) seemed to be........."absent", and I got an answer with advice, with info, with interest, on how and why could that be today at 01.12.

Only after that, you say IM BOMBING FORUMS ??????
You really think IM ????? or was just trying to find a solution ??????

And as say before: Great BOX, Great Hardware, Great list, POOR INFO ( in box software and in support area).

This is the second time, I have been told a bug in software will be fixed in next update. Meanwhile, expend hours, and hours, looking for a solution, of your NON TESTED SOFTWARE.

That was.
Keep working.
regards.

To man who decodes radios from past such words are insufficient !!!
next time you have problem with any martech product send private message to me ,holden and Martech !
If we supply everybody with basic of decoding we are open books better than wikipedia ,it is just on you which book will you open next time
and we are not guilty if you do something wrong
kindly regards

@zlix, like this:
eeprom readed on board.............content all "000000000000000".
eeprom lifted up and readed out of board i got a good dump, and from there the "Neow" code.
If i choose that dump and read it with martech result: code:_______ "blank-empty".
Some one gave me another dump of that device, if i read that one with martech result:
code:__________"blank-empty".

no problem to give you a copy of both, if you are "interested".

Eskerra.
