Placed my order from 19th of January for Inferno tool activation for 3 months and 3 months later i get no response. Order status says in preparation from a week after purchase date. Please resolve or issue immediate refund.

We need inferno serial (DogID) and Activation Code.without these details we can't active your dongle.
