Probably just shoddy manufacturing like my problem with the K750 cable.

Take it apart and take apart a working t28 type connector. Then solder the connectors according to Lead's pinout.

With Sharp you will have extra wires from the t28 that can be trimmed.

You need 3V power supply and follow instructions the_laser (C):

"let me post quick tutorial for sharp flashing and unlocking.

first

if you had no special side connector cable, you can use phone handsfree connector to make it.

second

remove battery from phone.
start setool2, press unlock.
now, insert cable in phone.
insert battery. if boot process not begins, then SHORTLY press power on.

then just wait 16 seconds

(if any errors like : rsa not accepted, checksum mismatch, etc - your cable is wrong or speed is too high)

flashing.

i suggest only flashing through usb cable, it will save your time and nerves.
usual SPST flashes can be used, and special .cry files can be used.

add all .ssw files in package to firmwares window in sharp tab.

attach usb cable to phone, NOT INSERT BATTERY.

press flash.

as progressbar go, insert SIDE CONNECTOR cable in phone.
phone must boots. if not, reinsert com cable.
if still not boots - you have wrong usb or com cable.

after boot process, phone will try to switch to usb.

FIRST TIME, IT WILL FAIL AND ASKS FOR DRIVER !
THAT IS NORMAL. just point windows to drivers\usb_flash_driver and then repeat process.

full firmare flashing over usb takes for me about 12 minutes.
flashing through com... well... LONG.

hope you will succeed."

This method and 4 in 1 cable already tested by me with SHARP 802SH.
