After installing CRUISER, JAF BOX not working!

Yesterday i bought cruiser and installed succesfully, but after insatlling my JAF BOX is not working.

nedd assist from you all.

unplug Cruiser dongle and cable (or Cruiser-Box),plug P-key and JAF box
go to Device Manager uninstall JAF Flasher Interface and reinstall driver again,
your JAF box will work
if you want install Cruiser and Driver,unplug JAF Box and P-key first

for me if Cruiser and JAF plug to PC at same time,need run cruiser software first then run JAF software,if not,JAF cannot read P-key

my problem solved!!

big thanks to Mr Shantilal

he really supported me online about 1 and half hour.the problem was e-gate virtual reader enumerators was install and when i insert the cruiser dongle its detect automatically, which should not suppose to be, it must be FOUND NEW HARDWARE...
So as per Mr Shantilal instruction i uninstall driver manually from C:\Program Files\Cruiser\Cyberflex Access e-gate Drivers\Uninstaller
after then when insert cruiser dongle NEW HARDWARE FOUND display then i install the driver from C:\Program Files\Cruiser\Cyberflex Access e-gate Drivers... 100% ok.....

now its time to install jaf
1 install set 1.98.1
2 p key briver setup
3 restart pc
4 insert p key smart card (if you get this message like p key dongle not detected please insert activated dongle ....just remove and plugin again ur p-key)
5 this is very imp when ever u start ur pc and open JAF this message appear everytime.... p key dongle not detected please insert activated dongle.....just remove and plugin again ur p-key this is for those u have both CRUISER AND JAF IN ONE COMPUTER....

this guy is great he assist me like he is a PRODUCT SUPPOTOR FOR JAF & CRUISER....
