No one has such a stable level of support, that´s nearly perfect!

Here is a list of SETOOL updates from January 31 to today.

2005-03-01
A lot of new z800 flash files version R1X019 uploaded to the Support Zone. This brand new firmware is available only for standalone version of setool.

2005-02-17
Many new z800 flash files version R1X016 now avalaible in our Support Zone. This brand new firmware is available only for standalone version of setool.

2005-02-14
New version (0.8975062) of the logger/standalone is out! Download both from the Downloads section.
Changes:
- fixed bug with "reset total time"
- changed again loaders

2005-02-13
Z500 english flash files version R1A045 and R2A011 added to the Support Zone.

2005-02-12
V800 Decustomize files version R1X011 added to the Support Zone.

2005-02-09
New version (0.897506) of the logger/standalone is out! Download both from the Downloads section.
Changes:
- z500 support added
- now standalone resets lifetimer too

2005-02-04
New version (0.897505) of the standalone is out! Download from the Downloads section.
Changes:
- change: all CID flashing returns in new form. more detailed.
- change: some very important files (like EROM for v800) will be released as special files for standflone version
- bugfix: supports some new k700 (maybe k500) phones which can't be supported in previous standalone version.

2005-02-02

Gorbulas, I can assure you that even if there's calm and no official news here we are not on holidays. Flashes are now being prepared and I suppose that in few days, hopefuly at the end of the weekend, you will find them in our support area. I am impressed how you can't even let us without spending so much time by replying on this kind of threads.

If you remember, everytime when we was calm, something new was being prepared.

Please be patient or send us the flashes if you think that it's that easy to get them and process. It would be really very helpful

very friendly words, but the last time it was very quiet by support team your releases haven´t been really what your customers expected:
a big fighter update was expected => cruiser was released instead.
ok, i bought cruiser especially for new semc phones support...
for the next big update we all expected newest flashfiles and amazing decustomisation features => lg support was implemented instead!
ok, i bought setool2 in the meantime...
now it´s also very quiet by support team and i really hope that this time my wishes will be fulfilled and cruiser team is trying to satisfy their customer needs!

Gorden, we are always before decision about priorities - 1. 2. 3. 4. ... Every addition and change requires time and even if we sometime set the priority wrong way, we are trying to make always something extra. Anyway, as I said, flashes are now priority number 1.

But where are the features that are wished by most of your customers ? ? ?
I can´t find them

I think that buying twister and SeTool ist the best option. The SeTool Support Team has open ears for the wishes of their customers.
And they do recognize which features are most important for their customers not fo themselves
