I Peyd My 2 Cruiser´s This Jear and become id 06!

W H A T I S W H I T T H E O N E Y E A R S U P P O R T ? ( YOU HAVE A Sh.. SUPPORT!)

ONLY 5 MONTH AND CARD IT OUT OF DATE!

But Its A -06 Id!

I Payed 2 Cards Because The First Wars Damaged When It Comes To Me.
But The Seal Are Not 100% Ok (i Never Opened It).
Even I Have To Pay For New Smart Card.

And Now I Have Again To Pay For Thirth Smart Card To Have The Future Updates?

So I Payed Now Over 200 Euro For Cruiser And Now For The Thirt Card Again 90 Euro Is 290 Euro For Not More Than 5 Month Of Support?

Do You Think This Is Fair?

when you make this sh.. to your new *******rs, than make an easy way to upgrade the existing smartcards.
this is technicely easy possible!!!

IF THERE IS NO WAY TO UPDATE THE OLD SMARTCARD I PAY FOR SETOOL AND NO MORE CRUISER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some peoples, like me, live in countries that tax aren't very cheap. If I pay 90euros by new smart card, with all fees + fedex, the final price will be more than 220 euros.
Remember that if you had money to develop the db2020 solution it was with -06 card money.
Please, make a upgrade of smart cards. It will be better for everyone.

yes! update of old (old-new = 5 month) card are aceptable!

please think about it cruiser team!

It'll be dificult to know which cards are bought 1, 2, 5 or 10 months ago...
What we need it's a option to upgrade the smart cards, not buy another. I don't need two smart-cards, i need only one.

Cruiser Team have promised 1 year support by December 2004. We are not promising it for long long time anymore, but every Cruiser user has been receiving updated everytime for free. Look on all other tools. Each of them had paid update. Setool for card, other for support... We - Cruiser Team - after 2.5 year of updating Cruiser decided to release new cards also because of more features.

As for the damaged card, you should have returned it to your reseller for x-change.
