CRUISER ver 10.10 NOT WORKING
 

:confused: after i downloaded and installed version 10.10 today, it does not work anymore??? after open up the program i notice on the bottom of program box it says = invalid box / serial #?????? why? i was using it 2 weeks ago? do i have to pay again? :confused:

install again 10.10 and during installation choose "Full", restart PC and try again, let us know...

I had same problem, but after reinstall of drivers works fine..

it looks the same! program does not respond and still shows invalid box with serial # ?????

problem solved, just user don't follow carefully my instructions, now it's ok..

i "m new cruiser user.......i already installed version 10.10 show" box no connected" s/n ????????,i already reinstall about 20 times still like that,help me pls

Do you have any other devices with an e-gate smartcard ??

If so then launch the program, go into settings and then click the authentification tab. You should then be able to alter the devices in ther. You need to close and relaunch the program to see any changes.

just to be sure, you paid money for USB dongle ?

Just do this. Go to programe files/crusier/Cyberflex Access e-gate Drivers/Uninstaller/ and open this exe.

egateuninst.exe. it will uninstall ur programes
then totally delete that crusier folder and restart
again install ur 10.10exe it will work

try and post ur result

if you're using moe than 1 dongle try to detach them all first attach cruiser dongle only and try to open soft. i always play around with the authentication part of the soft cause i have 3 smartcards at hand and only cruisers soft is a little tricky in scanning the right dongle.

you are write,atach or deatach every time other smat card, it is very bad,each smart card for each pc......:D

I hav recently upgraded to this latest version.

And now i have also this exact problem, i have re-installed all drivers and tried a different reader but still the same.

Select Cruiser e-gate Smartcard Reader from Cruiser.exe -> Settings -> Authentication -> e-gate Smartcard Reader: -> select Cruiser Dongle,click OK,close program and start again!!

I get same problem many times,in my case is that dongle is not properly connected,make sure when you connect it you get grenn light in dongle.

ver.10.10 i have no problam working proper
