So where is this 'CDA tool' located and how does it work.
How can I use it to update my mobile's firmware from SEUS?

I don't mean to be rude, but you don't sound like you own a copy of Cruiser.

If you don't, then you don't have access to the CDA tool. Also, if you had Cruiser, you wouldn't be using SEUS, Cruiser is much better

indeed i bought cuiser, but I'm a real newbie and as I already told you:

you are right. cruiser is much better, that's why I bought it!
But the cruiser-support page really doesn't offer the latest firmware(s)
for every model ... and I thought SEUS might be a solution for this.

Please tell me if I'm completely wrong, and please tell me why.

Are you really thinking that you geet new firmware files later for Cruiser ?
I don´t think so. Where is R1N for K750i on SEUS ?

Back to the original question, the CDA options are in the customization tool now. Under the Filesystem tab, when you Customize FS with the built- in customization, you choose the region you would like it to be customized for. Then it will write the correct CDA to the phone for that region.

maybe important to you for advertisment reasons!?
cruiser works fine on MAC OS X using VirtualPC 7. only down- or uploading
of large files to the FS fails due to the slower usb connection.
