if you want to calibrate batery or rf you need special telecommunication tester device.
with cruiser you can only write gdfs witch contain calibration data from other phone or support site

Arrow Energy management and RF calibration using Cruiser, possible?

U can do it with SeGdfsBackuper_v1.04 (a part of cruiser suite component), but there is no option to chose what section that U wanted to read/backup or restore.
Or U can do it with Cruiser 13.20 in tab GDFS, but not all SE phone can connect>detect>read by this App (in that case U must use Cruiser Suite)

but beware... U can only write GDFS in the same type of SE phone. Just like tab info on SeGdfsBackuper_v1.04 says >>>
Code:
CAUTION: Restoring the GDFS in a phone from a backup file made from a phone different that the one being restored
overwrites and destroys the unique phone specific data (e.g. calibration data, etc.). Such phone is never more
guaranteed to work 100% properly (charging, radio, ...)
