K330 unlock - credit question - GSM-Forum

Hello,

i'm trying to unlock 1 k330, the server has take the 0.4 log but i have receive some error and the phone is steel locked. What can i do? Thank u!

Hi,

To be able to help, please always post the error log if you experience errors. In general, if a phone is locked, and an unlock does not pass, please report a firmware version. Then you can try to flash the phone with a supported firmware and unlock it.

Second try and the phone is succesfully unlocked now. But what about first try? Can i have my log's back?

SE K330 (IMEI 35657402611375)
My Cruiser SN is 78310028

In the most cases, if you consume a server resource, you can repeat the procedure 2-3 times within a few days. You made the first try on 18th and the second try on 31th, your free option simply expired. Such behaviour is required to be able to protect the system from abuse.

Yes and no, sir! That first try was at 18 but that try was whith a succesfully unlockded F305 phone. Today,31 march, bechause i have lost 0.4 log whith a k330, i make a second try and this one was succesfully finished whith the unlocking of this dame phone. Thank u for spending time for helping me. then, for imei 35657402611375 there was 0.4 credit consumed only once, so i think there is no problem at all

before you will be again ask for "credits back" you must first check if you was really charged 2 times.... as you know you wasn't

Im asking you for this, because Cruiser team members will have then more time for real problems

Please accept my apologies! I have checked right now and my credit is 4.20 and not 3.80! It seems that the second try for unlocking this phone, succesfully second try, was 'free'. I'm sorry for this confusion! Again...my apologies! Next time i will be more careful! Best regards!
