K610i RED BLINKING AFTER UNLOCK with CRUISER - GSM-Forum

Actually its just that i wanted to try my Best and Favorite Tool CRUISER and after reading reading the codes and entering the NCK now the phone is DEAD (Red Blinking) so what shell i do now ? if the erom is damaged and i couldnt repair erom so we can say that my phone is 100% Dead forever coz it damaged GDFS security zone

where are you Lead and Mizar to solve this common problem with ur new Fantastic update.

What version of Cruiser Plus did you use? Post here communication log, otherwise we don't see what was done. Did you save GDFS as recommended? Please when posting some error, be more specific and supply us with all neededinformation.

Regarding dead phones, we are trying to simmulate the problem. And ofcourse we will be working on solution for reviving them. Just let us some time and provide us all needed info. Thx.

I used v 11 before u Genuises made the gdfs reading program and no need for log the phone is red blinking and i cant repair the erom no need for more explanations sir

Really nice answer. You are upset, i am offering help, asking for details, and than get answer like yours..

Just FIY EROM shouldn't be crashed. We simmulated this problem here, saw the content. Simply there is a group of phones where firmware is slightly different so unlock via codes can make problem. Other problem is that many users didn't follow the help instructions. Therefore I request you to send us communication log since it can also be a problem with wrong procedure of unlocking.

Important is to have backup of GDFS and sec.zone. If not having, than plz be patient, we are working on solution.

For unlocking, there is already a new with 11.01. If not unlock via codes, than direct unlock works.

Where is "Restore firmware" ? At your communication log I am missing this step (as it is written in help file and at forum).

Go to the Security RSA tab and press the Unlock RSA button. One server credit will be deducted.

· Note: Now the first 768KB of main firmware is overwritten, so it has to be restored or reflashed by a suitable main FW flash file

how can mizar answer you..this thread is only for CRUISER..not for SETOOL. Must post in a right section. Or setool section.

If u could look up a little ull see the Cruiser Log pow i attched the 2nd log to show that on both boxes its now working EROM IS DAMAGED *** DAM IT

the solution with setool:

first, get normal 4in1/ufs cable (with both ports soldered and good pinout)

next,
select interface com/ufs
semc tab, select proper model.
settings, check ONLY "use server",
add to flash files ONLY main firmware image, situable for selected model
press flash
