K750i / I can't make photos!! - GSM-Forum

Hello...

I got today my K750i... Everything is OK, but I can't make any photos

When I go to the cam, it appears, I can make videos, but if I would make a photo, I hear the tone, and then phone goes in standby mode without saving the image..

I flashed version R1N005.. (But it also don't worked with W800 firmware)

Have somone a similar problem? Or what can I do?

I think it's a hardware problem, I've read on another forum many people with this problem.

Check in the Firmware version of the phone, is there a version number for the camera listed?
Most people who have reported this problem say the firmware version for the camera is blank. If that's the case and you've reflashed the phone then yes, I think hardware repair/send the phone back is the only way.

Yes, camera version is 4.4... What must I do, that SE don't notice something about the flashing / code reading?

@nbg: i gave him advice to downgrade firmware. r1n is buggy. if the cameraerror still there, the hardware of phone is damaged. but se will repair it for free.
