I cant install russian in Z1010 cid29 but with SEtools2 it posible.when it will be posible with Cruiser?

Mizar told me "yes of course" when I ask him "can I instal russian in z1010 cid 29 with Cruiser?" but when I bought cruiser I can make it :-(. I try upload Laser language in to phone but it not help me. for example I atach it files. unpack rar and rename customizexml.txt in customize.xml
