Hi
I bought a user name and password and then tried to unlock my phonw this morning, it has a connection issue i think, could you tell me whether the server is running. thanks.

where are you from? Some your ports can be blocked.

Im from the UK and bought a username and password last night from one of the resellers.

This really has puzzled me what can i do??

check it with your reseller out. He might forgot activate your account or try to use this solution: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...ction+solution (read the whole thread)
