Hello guy have a problem with this phone when i open camera the display show initialization .... and stopped at this . How to solve exist a master reset ? or solution ?

this is the data of phone:
Phone: CXC162037 R9F011
Bluetooth: CXC162058 R5A01
Organizer: CXC 162036 R5A17
CDA: CDA 162008/65 R7A01

there are no flash for this phone you can try master reset using <0000> were < is left and > is right
