Phone has restarted in order to improve performance-W960i

Good day, I have one w960 which is showing "phone has restarted in order to improve performace. I have flashed 2 different files and it is still showing this message once thre is sim card in the phone, but it is normal without simcard in the phone. Initially before I flashed the phone, it was ok. The problem is that it does not calibrate well. What do I do to fix this problem. Thanks.

Problem solved. I powered the phone on and connect it with dcu-60 cable to system and just change from "fast file transfer to normal mode". I did not have to flash it again. Thanks.
