Problem when flashing K500i with cruiser

Hello people,

today i tried for the first time to change language to a K500i.
I followed the instractions as on the support site:

1. Attach phone, unlock RSA, detach phone.
2. Flash ARM with main firmware.
3. Write a raw FS containing the desired languagepack, turn off phone.
4. Customize FS with the desired customization file and shutdown FS.
5. Disconnect phone from the cable and turn it on.
Then wait until it configures itself.

After all that i turn on the phone for the first time and the phone configured itself and ask me to choose language.
I selected arabic language and the phone boot ok.
After i turn off and then on the phone but all the languges are gone and only
automatic and english are there and i can't select arabic.
I then make the procedure again and only the first time i turn on the phone i can select arabic.

What could be the problem.
Is there something else i can to to activate all the languages?
As i can see the customization file is for EMEA2 and i flashed EMEA6. Could this be the problem?
