rest file problem w380i

Hi

i try unlcok w380i with SE A1 FAST JAV ULOCKER but give me this error message

thean i download this file from the phone and but this C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Cruiser Suite\SE A1 Fast Java Unlocker

but still i cant unlock please i need help this is the file
