Is there any way to get unlock code from ultimate unlocker (or d-ultimate) for a phone, without connecting it? On the info tab i see that you can enter mcc to get the unlock code, but when i choose "direct unlock" there is not any field to enter mcc etc

not possible you need to connect phone this is only methode to get phone unlocked
