ultimate pack week not actived


hi i request one ultimate pack week whit unlockbase and i recive the email confirm of that of the cruiser team and when i receive the advice i start the unlock of the phones i am supose to unlock the phone whitout log consuption i lost my 6 credits and after the finish of the credits the server dont unlock my phones restore my credits and active my pack please

again nothing allgsmunlock advice thats activated and not active so i think the problem is your server solve this fast please i have 30 phones to unlock

Hi, we will check if you have it active. Meanwhile post here the phone type you need to unlock. As for example S1 phones cannot be done by Ultimate Unlockers.

Hi, i have checked your username parameters and found this:

This means that you have active ultimate pack since 6/16/2009 till 6/23/2009 and you can do all unlocks by CruiserSuite Ultimate Unlocker during this time according to our conditions.

yes i active the pack and i cant unlock the s1 phones check this i have some phones to unlock see the log

You have purchased a weekly unlock pack for "Ultimate Unlocker".

You are trying to unlock using S1 unlocker which is entirely different, and you do not have enough logs left to unlock a phone.

You will need to buy some more logs if you want to use S1.

"Ultimate pack" is for "Cruiser SE Ultimate Unlocker" only, there is nothing what anyone can do about this.
