I have S.E v640i and want to unlock it !!I have tried with SE Ultimate Unlocker but says communication with server error...S.E Ultimate Unlocker :Is a user in need of logs to use it ? wherea by SETOOL is free!?

All A2, phones are free with Cruiser,,,,
But you Have to Registar your card , to get Free Password.
