Are you able to post a debug log?
No one has posted one yet, looking at it might help solve the problem.
I very much doubt I'll be able to help, but perhaps Lead might.

I don't mean a log of attaching to/flash the phone. I mean the "debug log" in the Extra's menu. Once you've select this, with the problem phone powered off plug it into Cruiser, power it on and use it as normal. Make the phone hang, wait at least a minute or two then stop the debug log. Zip it up and attach it here.

@danielkhaw:

Steps To Create Debug Log

1) Power OFF the phone to be debugged.
2) Open Cruiser.
3) Open the COM Window to be used for debug, click on "Debug Log" and find somewhere to save the file.
4) Plug the phone to the cable.
5) Power ON the phone.
6) NOTHING WILL HAPPEN in Cruiser. No display, no messages. The phone will power on though and messages will be logged.
7) Use and make it lock up/freeze/**** up. Once you've crashed the phone, wait a few minutes then close Cruiser.
8) Open up the debug log in a text file, you should notice there's lots of information. Zip up the file, attach it here.
