in my country we have old gsm network and new gsm network the sonyericsson K608 worked only with new gsm network (3G) can the fighter correct thise problem i need change it to work with old gsm ?????

What exactly is "old gsm" please?

he say old normal 32 or 64 kb sim card... no 3g

Ahh right, I see what he means.

@gsm4libya: Hae you tried a different SIM Card? Also in GDFS menu of latest Cruiser v7.x you can change the phone so it brings up the 2G/3G menu. Try doing that and see if you can force the phone into 2G GSM instead of UMTS.

Also check in the service menu and see what bandlocks the phone has, prehaps it's been bandlocked to only UMTS (though I would doubt that)

Does direct unlocking help at all?

Maybe is the same problem that had z1010 on some 2G networks that couldn make calls and that problem was fixed after by operator side as it was not a phone problem.
