Unhappy W995 RED->BROWN convert error

Hi.
I have tried to change my W995 from RED to BROWN but got this error:

My phone is still RED and Unlocker has eaten my credits (I have 0 now) . Could someone help me? I want my credits back..

Additional info:
My W995 have CID53 and R1GA026 firmware recieved from SEUS. I see something about cable disconnect in the log but I touched nothing during procedure. I've tried several times and still have the same error.
