This error occurs mostly when a user owns a Cruiser dongle, but he is trying to use an application for users without dongle. This is not allowed to prevent inadequate credit consumption (there are differences in consumptions for users with and without cruiser(+) dongle)

Use SE Ultimate Unlocker if you owns a cruiser+ dongle

ihave 0.64 credit , but D-ultimate Unlocker 5.04 say like this ;
