Guyes.. Don't be so silly... Rehot and reball only helps when you apply mechanical force to the unit (phone for example) and you are shure that defect is permanent. Sometimes board itself is faulty. Sometimes elements (like PFxxxxx PAs) after heating restore thier functionality but not for a long time. Some IC dies after overheating and you recive totaly dead phone that had no network. Some elements begin failing after houers of unit's work. The repair process should be more precious. You should only heat the IC only if you are 10000 (many zeroes)% sure that this IC has open pin.

PS: Be more crefull!

I think what after rehot and reball(elements which need calibration) NEED calibration phone !!!
If don't calibration phone after change PA, battarey phone work small and ...etc

You got that right Kulibin ..guys you should write software for recalibration of the parameters of the phone ,otherwise we can cange RF ic or other parts cause buy not realigning the phone parameters that phone is not gonna work forever (even the original is not 100% ok so don't have to be too asame).Just reflashing is not enough....
