Question , for those who are using BGA toolkit :
Which solder paste u use suplied one (grey thick paste) or Philips solder paste ? And which paste is better ?

i'm using "NPAI" chinese brand...workin' but i'm not very satisfied. it's the cheapest.

I'm using supplied cheap one solder paste , and result isn't good
solder ball's often doesn't glues to BGA IC pad , also very often solder paste 'boil' result ... bad ball .
Wanna try other paste , but not easy to get there ......
