dead MOT with correct voltage on PCB - GSM-Forum

good time.
I have a MOTOROLA V 3690 wich according to the reference I have the voltage is right everywhere on the PCB but impossible to turn on the phone.
What can I do for this phone?
pls help.

GSMlight,

First make sure that TXCO working !

Give phone from power supply and press power on, and see how is electric current ?
If it is 15mA ~25 mA,
then you go to check SW or flash and RAM problem !
