I have Siemens S35. I need to rehot its BGA CPU, because of keyboard problem. I have hot air station (with air 1-8 and heater 1-8) and no experience in doing this. Do I need to hot under it or above it, what temperature and do I need to use flux ???

Please help me. Thanks.

I think you need only BGA raster (table) for making new plumbum balls )))
