Can somthing on a T68 mainboard get damaged by a Isopropyl alcohol bath?

A friend said something about the BGA ic´s glue.

firs you need extract FLASH IC,SWITCHER,and PA.
And paste use you bath.

I have cleaned more than 100 boards with isopropanol in ultrasonic bath... Nothing ever died...
