Mot. v3690 dead.... - GSM-Forum

I have 2 motorola v3690, dead, voltages are ok, I have changed GcapII nothing happens, Does anybody have any experience in this!??! What could be wrong 26MHz?? whitecap???

Check ? very easy ..load flash to emmi connect phone to emmi and make shortcut to "testpoint" If flash process will start your hardware is alive if not..
