Question Settings on Hot Air Station?

Hi,

When reflowing components on the pcb with Magnum 3004 Hot Air Station....

1) What would be the best settings (temp & airflow)?
2) For how long? eg. cobba

Thanks!

Re: Settings on Hot Air Station?

HI AFR,

you can try , put enough flux to COBBA, which on PCB !
and start to heat COBBA, still it move ! and try to keep all tin ball stay in PCB !

how you remove COBBA with hot air, it is same way to install it too!
