t -28 without pa works 80%

hi guys

few months back, pa ic for t28 was not avalibel for replace, i was experementing with some other pa , solderd thin wires to each pad [pa removed], fited main board with display to matalic chaises,i insert sim and power on the phone ,phone boots serches for net work and ,,,,,amazungly it rigesters to net work,i just make a call and yes,, it was connected,,,,,,,strange ,,decided to find out how it happens, keeping in mind there is a drive stage for main tx amp,,,,one of the wires i had been soldred to the pads,,,was working as a tx an****a [I THINKS].
i removed wires one by one and find 1 wire acts as tx power , packed phone with this wire coiled inside ,but not touching to other part,,,,,does not work,

then i decided to feed this wire directly to anttena ...and it works great......
the active wire and pad is 2nd from left bottom,,,,and to 2nd from the right bottom,,,,, it is for 900mhz works 80%,, when u r in basement or in a large coverd aera,it may not work properly,,,for 1800mhz ,,,it is 2nd pad from upper left to 2nd pad upper right side ,,,,, [NOT TESTED 1800MHZ] well i m not an expert some1 will explain how it works....

the short(wire) u will mad ...will mack a call 100%
chick it again resize the pic .. and see the red line .
dont lock only to the resistor we desolder.
if u dont see the short i mad ..tell me ..i will mad it black for u .

now when the phone dead

if u desolder r051 and the phone up .... (then the phone no axcess)

so its ok ... keep r051 over ...and conect the link u will find on the pic .
try to connect .

its ok and working ..

tested with over than 20 unit ... sucsses 80% ..for me at least .

hi pplz,
this solution is specialy for those dead phones du to shortage of pa.if u check a dead t-28 with a multi meter connected to battery terminals and it shows full continuity on both polarity,,,,,just remove ' pa',,,,,, after removing pa u can see the solder pads where the pa was soldered,,,,,u will see 5 points[pads] on left vertical line and five on the right side ,,,,u have to solder a thin wire 2nd pad from bottom on the left line to 2nd pad from bottom in right side line,,,,,,i dont have any link to up load a picture but i am arranging ,and will upload .and give u the link...

i have just upload jpg image for t-28 without pa ,to the visar mato 's group u can see the link in above post by visar mato,just join the group, open ericsson files and there is t-28 rar image, use a jumper wire on red line for 900 mhz and for 1800 mhz use blu line link.....

I have little redrawed (resized, changed contrast, etc...) that picture posted by you, and uploaded it to same directory. Its now much smaller (only 60k). I hope its ok for you...

How about Sie X35 PAs (HITACHI PF08112B/PF08109B) ?
I tried to short GSM_IN and GSM_OUT, but it doesn't work. Maybe some solution exist for this PAs ?
