t29 display problem(works only 1 second) - GSM-Forum

the phone didn`t work when it came to me so i took away the PA because the phone had 0-ohms on the battery pins, still didn`t started so i changed the source (1011102)
now it starts but the display shows for less then 1 second
when i put the charger in off mode same thing, it shows charging 1 sec then nothing on display...(the led works)
i also heated the rest of the IC`s (audio IC & other one)

any ideea what could b wrong ?

i forgot to tell you that first time i put another source wich i knew it had charging problems and the display worked OK....beside that charging problem

try to change audio IC , I had this prob. today and solve this that way...
