3120c wont local mode



wow i thought this ufc cable will minimize my cost of buying cables but right now i think i need to buy fbus cable alone for 3120c

the thing is it cant make 3120c into local mode. i tried every selection from 3.3k up to the highest selection nothing happens.

when i tried check button using jaf works perfectly but info it *****....

any solution to solve my problem?
