Can u Plz Explain here Which Model u Try to Unlock?

Many Cases For Logs Lost if u Not Follow the Instructions Properly

If u Unlock Xperia Phones like X10i,E10 etc then u Need 1 log to Unlock ur phone

& Make Sure Ur Handset Android Version is 2.1 if 2.3.3 then u also face this Problem Unlock failed or Logs Lost

But dont worry u can Unlock ur phone again with out Loosing Any logs For the Same Handset

Select Correct Settings From Settings TAB 1,2,5

Anti Virus & Windows Firewall Option is Disabled

& Then Unlock Ur Phone With out any Problem...

Try & Post Result...
