LG A390, A395, C297, C299 Common: Not implemented yet:Storage not supported error

I don't know where i was wrong @the_laser, Danish Shafiq & others
As i read the LGE Tool update history i see that LG A390, A395, C297 & C299 where supported since v2.37 followed by Flash Firmware feature on v2.41. As you can see below:

but my problem is that any time i try to connect all the above mentioned phones failed and i end up with this error: Common: Not implemented yet:Storage not supported






as you can see i even try all the below setups which some where hard to get online because link is old but still failed.

where am i wrong ?
i know its not issue of O.S as i try on xp,7,8.1,10 and all give same error!

I even try to register on LGE Tool support because of this, i also failed, look like some thing is wrong, i cant see register on FORUM as it was described at manual.





My only option is to request for help @GSM-FORUM,
If any one have knowledge on how to solve this issue pls help as i waste my time and energy to solve this phones issue with LGE Tool but i end up failing multiple times.

In order to enter unlock codes dial 2945#*395# Dont use any usb hubs or usb repeaters. Plug the handset directly to the computer with the microusb cable
