hello, i have a problem, i download all files, i installed, and i paid $20 to activation but when i open lgtool i can not see "blackberry USB" only i see "blackberry micro sd"
And i have actived account:

My credits

Your account is registered
Your account is ACTIVATED
Blackberry services is ACTIVATED
Your free credits balance is....

Can somebody help me?

I can't repair imei on BB 9360 and 9380, why? It is suppossed to be activated, but cannot do it, just in 8520 was possible. What should I do?

uninstall all old blackberry driver and blackberry desktop manager, then
Download Blackberry package and install it, reset your pc, now will blackberry module in lg tool.

but i dont see imxx blackberry 9220 9330,9360 and other model published

Problem with no connection fixed (for me)
Delete all possible app with BB drivers. In my case after deleting mxkey software and BBsak
9800 mep 0 unlocked and debranded.
