S1 is proxy EMMa. Not possible to unlock new phones because protected by RSA 2048 signatures and not possible to unlock via bypass method.
Someone read out ID EMMa and block or too many phones were unlock and SONY noted.

Why useless tool?
All A1 phone unlock
All A2 phone unlock (CID8x also the only one)
Unlock all MSM7227 and QSD8250 xperia phones and QSD8255 old security.
Still this is the best device for SE
