how to check smart card drivers when i connect it shows only
uc-10 cruiser team universal cable
and after it shows
uc-10 usb composite device detected in device manager

just run setool soft,the most important is smartcard , can instal manually in, x:\setool\drivers\eGate_Driver\e-gate_3.0.6_xp2k

MEY BE iT HAVE CRUISER PCB IN YOUR SETOOLBOX....OPEN IT AND VERIFY OR CONTACT RESELER...
RUN CRUISER SOFT AND VERIFY IF YOU CAN WORK WHITH IT,???

just use mprog and write setool eeprom inside your rs232-usb cable. (electronic parts are inside the box).
you cannot fuk up your smartcard so dont worry.

Hi there,
UC-10 composite device is just like the Usb to serial converter. It is an interface used to convert usb to serial. I have had many of the boxes like this.

Try to install the smartcard drivers again. and replug a few times.

even you can open your box you will find sim reader put out the sim and clean the reader then put in sim after that ré-install smartcard drivers and replug the box;try and give us result .

Uc-10 its generic driver for setool 3 box ftdi and dont have relation whit setool 2 software its a simple com port.
If software not run, check setool smartcard whit another egate reader.

Just download FTCleaner and reinstall your driver
