Setool problems on the latest version v1.03 - GSM-Forum

I have problems with setool box because it already check the latest version but necessarily need to connect to the server and continues to gain credits?
please your help to prevent further charges

setool new versions need activation, this need 20 credits.

and when you pay for the activation, you don´t need the logs for unloking. (I umplug mi internet conection for try)
