bb-box software close when i want read modem info [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hi, when i press de button "conect" for read modem info or blackberry phones info, the software close.
Please help.
If is a driver problem please put here the driver in direct link because i don't have access to rapidshare.
Or giveme other solution. Thanks.

hi friend which operating system you are using?bb-box works perfect with xp2 if you are on xp2 and softawre crash report here.
