problem with samsung [SOLVED]

Hi all!
I´ve tried to unlock two pieces (s5600v and s8000); first of them says continouslly " [!] NANO-DBG.UART.Error* payload echo not received "

So I´m sure that phone is in qualcomm mode and my box is installed successfully.

The s8000 recived an "access address violation error" and stayed in download mode, after that doesn´t power on... so must I flash it?

TIA...

SOLVED BOTH PROBLEMS:

1ST.- Most samsung s5600 are old protections so can be unlocked selecting any standard qualcomm device if process fails when new protections selected.
Be carefull managing com port conections because a lot of times windows give high com port values, so that causes most of problems on comunication. Of course reinstall last drivers for qualcomm phones.

2ND.- Some s8000 versions not supported (yet?) if it hangs on download mode can be flashed without any problems with support flashes (very intuitive, secure and comfortable flash procedure using this box).

Happy with my new toy.
