UnauthorizedFault in BB but have 100 dct4 and 100 bb5 - GSM-Forum

Hi Manole and the rest of Team.

Today i charge 50 dct4 and 50 bb5 credit of a friend... Here the log in the system MXKEY support account:

Now my friend have CR1(100) CR2(100)

but when try unlock BB say:

I JUST RIGISTER THIS MXKEY AND DIDN'T OPEN NOKIA SERVICE TOOL OR ANY OTHER TOOLS

AFTER I SEND 50 + 50 TO CHARGE ACTIVATION UNLIMITED

AND WHEN CHECK BB GIVE ME THIS

in: MXKEY - SUPPORT #2 and #3 when click in "Go to Support" buttom say:
Could not get authentication details, please try again later !

and in MXKEY - SUPPORT #4 access good but not show log charge details as in Support #1

Wait for sincronization.... please help me

i have same problem when i try to read the code from 9700 i get this massage and also i can not unlock nokia 5800..here is my serial no
