i installed Desktop software Blackberry
but nothing changed
what i have download and from where

i have mxkey using good
now blackberry 8100 come to unlock
i tried to open blackberry tool on mxkey
it is not opening
not supported interface (bb.mx,DO)
message coming up
i updated my mxkey to blackberry
what is problem

Use NO CONNECTION interface on main screen..

i used first ufs and then press blackberry tool there was my mistake
