Celkon Smart 4G FRP unlock or Bypass

i usualy follow the lavileztech service formala to bypass google account
but in Celkon Smart 4G Mobile i face new problem loading chrome to download files of lavileztech service.

so i tried my own formula 1st i downloaded all frp files from Lavileztech service to my pc.

after i connect Celkon phone to pc and copy paste all files into internal memory.

then i open google (same procedure which we use to bypass google account)
in a google i typed file manager(usually we used to type chrome but in this model we will not find chrome app) so file manager shows below i clicked it and searched for my apps which i uploaded through my pc

then i install all the apps after that same procedure which we use as before
