read the rpl file and erase ur set and flash with any version write the rpl again and then thy repair sl1/sl2 simlock... and after that repair the s.d data...

Hi,

Please check if your phone has STABLE TEST MODE
while writing RPL file... It will fail if not in test mode,
else you need full erase your phone, after it should
accept simlocks ...

few days before i face same problem,then ..::Angel::.. suggested me that read pm file from a working 3110c,upload it to your phone,after repair sim lock,and it works for me
you can try this way,if your problem solve then post results
