Hi,

Do this;

1. Backup Full PM and RPL
2. Full Erase phone
3. Flash with v10.10
4. Write RPL
5. Flash again with 10.65

Phone will get local mode and no more "hang on Nokia logo"
Rest you know the process of repair it..
