ATF can dump X6 memory ?

Hello, simple question :

i need to dump the memory from a dead nokia x6 (no power, not starting,no usb recognition).

(hopefully i should be able to recover lost contacts and data from this dump.)

Can ATF + FBus interface do this job, or i need another box ?
If i succeed on dumping the memory, it is in readable state or it is crypted ?

thanks for your answers
